I hope everyone had a relaxing Memorial Day weekend, the weather sure was beautiful! The weather looks to continue to be warm and sunny this week, perfect for our ECC picnic on Friday.
In our 3 short days this week we will work on the next theme in our Big Day unit “I Can Do It”. We will read Leo the Late Bloomer, The Little Engine That Could, and Read and Rise. Our vocabulary words will be finish, quit, goal.
For math we will continue to practice simple addition and subtraction.
We will also start learning about dinosaurs this week. We will learn about fossils, carnivores, and herbivores.
For Jesus time we will continue to practice our end of the year songs in the chapel.
Our sight words will be: funny, jump, little.
