Happy Palm Sunday everyone! I hope you had a blessed day and were able to enjoy the beautiful day!
This short week will be all about the preparation of Easter. We will learn about Jesus being crucified and rising again on Easter (in an age appropriate way of course). We will visit chapel on Wednesday as well and we will have silent dismissal on Wednesday to acknowledge the solemnity of the coming days.
We will have a small Easter party in the classroom on Wednesday with some treats that Mrs. Rotondi is preparing for us.
Our letter for this week is W for wind as we conclude our unit on weather.
On Wednesday we will also have gym class with Mr. Mallon.
Please remember to return library books on Monday.
School is closed from Thursday March 28 – Sunday April 7 for Easter break. We return to school on Monday the 8th and have our Long Island Aquarium trip on Wednesday the 10th.
