This week our Big Day theme is “Taking Care of Myself”. We will read First Aid, How Do Dinosaurs Get Well Soon, I am Sick, and Eating the Alphabet. Our new vocabulary words are: exercise, fitness, healthy, hurt, medicine, nutrition, and rest.
Our letter this week is the letter Tt. We will read “Tricky Turkey” and learn a Tt song. We will also make a T is for tree craft.
For Jesus time this week we will hear the miracle of Jesus healing a deaf man. We will also continue to learn the Our Father prayer, and we will visit chapel on Wednesday.
Our number this week is 20 and our math topic is comparing.
We will read a Weekly Reader about wind and continue to talk about how March comes in like a lion.
We will be working on making some special projects for our Special Person’s Day, as well as some Easter crafts to decorate the hallway.
This Thursday is St. Patricks Day so don’t forget to wear green!
This Friday there is no school for professional development day.
