I am very excited to be able to start a brand new program here at Trinity. Many of you hopefully heard something about all the animals I had in the computer room last year. Well, my collection has grown! I was given access to one of the classrooms downstairs and I have turned it into the “Critter Club.” The room is full of beautiful vivariums all of which contain a wide variety of animal life. Starting later this month, students will be able to sign up to stay after school on certain days and get to learn more about the feeding, care, and up keep of the animals.
I hope that my interacting with and learning about the animals and the natural world, the students will discover a love of nature and a desire to care for and preserve our natural environment.
