Happy March! It certainly has come in like a lion! Let’s just hope it goes out like a lamb!
We will be starting two new Math and Science Units this week!
Math: Using fraction strips, we will be adding and subtracting fractions with unlike denominators.
Science: Our Chapter 6 Science Test will be on Wednesday, March 4th. The classes were given review sheets today to be completed for tomorrow’s test review. There is also a notebook check. The classes were given the checklist on Thursday of last week. I have extra copies of some things so if your child is missing something, please tell them to ask!
Our new chapter focuses on the ocean! I can’t wait for the classes to see our experiment on salinity!
The next Memory Verse Test is March 12.
Our Spelling Test is this Friday and features the words from Lesson 18.
