REMINDERS:

  1. Our Green Day celebration will be on March 17th. Your child should wear something green to school and feel free to send in a green treat to share at our party!
  2. Encourage your child to READ every night to strengthen their skills. Don’t forget you can have them read all different things – the back of a cereal box, a favorite book, a magazine, a comic book, a card, posters. Everything counts as practice!
  3. In order to help your child in math, it would be helpful to practice the basic addition facts daily, especially the doubles facts. This will help them to work quicker and more accurately.
  4. Please be sure to check and sign all your child’s homework each night. This is to make sure that your child understands the concepts being taught in class. It is also important that your child’s work is neat and accurate. Encourage your child to do their best work!
