READING- We will learn the initial and final “t” sound, the difference between reality and fantasy stories, the new high frequency word “we”, and read the mini book “That Tam”. We will also continue to blend using medial vowels “a” and “i”.

MATH- Lessons 23 and 24 will focus on making different configurations of  9, counting 9 objects,  the “hidden partners” of 9 , and writing the number 9 on lined paper.

RELIGION– We are discussing how we prepare our hearts for Jesus’ coming as a babe in Bethlehem, and learning the different aspects of the Christmas story.

HANDWRITING- Our letter this week is “T-t”.

JOURNAL- We trim the tree.
