I am looking forward to meeting with all the parents for parent/teacher conferences this Thursday. There is no school for the students. Communication between parent and teacher is vital for a child’s success in school! Please come prepared with questions or concerns, so we can keep to the 10 minute time frame.
There will be a Spelling and Reading test on Friday. It is a review week, so the “R” book words are words that we already learned. There will be an End of Book unit test next Monday (11/25), and it will follow the same format as the first unit test. There will be no new spelling words or reading story next week, as we only have 2 1/2 days of school next week. Dismissal is at 12 noon on Wednesday, and there will be a chapel service at 10:30 a.m. All are welcome to join us for chapel.
Tuesday is our school-wide Thanksgiving feast! The children do not need to bring any lunch, drinks, or snacks that day. It is such a great occasion for our entire school to get together to give thanks and share an amazing meal together!
Our Christmas program is the week we come back from Thanksgiving recess! It is hard to believe the Christmas season is upon us! The children will be performing on Tuesday evening, December 3rd at 7 p.m.
Mrs. Frampton and I are very thankful for all of your beautiful children! We wish everyone a very happy, blessed Thanksgiving. Enjoy the time spent with family and friends.
