7 Math:  This week in class we will be learning how to solve two step equations.  On Thursday, 11/21 there will be a quiz on one and two step equations.  At the end of the week, we will begin learning how to solve multi-step equations using the skills we learned at the beginning of the week.

Life Science:  The 4.1 quiz is on Tuesday, 11/19.  The 4.2 quiz will be on Friday, 11/22.  This week in class, we will be learning all about energy and the cell.  We also will be completing a lab this week on diffusion and osmosis.

Living Environment:  The chapter 9 quiz is on Tuesday, 11/19.  This week in class, we will be learning all about mitosis and how the cell cycle is regulated.

Earth Science:  The 4.4 quiz is on Thursday, 11/21.  This week in class, we will be learning about metamorphic rocks.  At the end of the week we will begin to complete the test revew sheet for chapter 4.  The chapter 4 test will be on Tuesday, 11/26.

Physical Science:  The 4.3 quiz will be on Tuessday, 11/19.  The chapter 4 test will be on Friday, 11/22.  This week in class, we will be completing a lab on mixtures.  We also will be working a project reinforcing the difference between elements and compounds.
