There is no school on Friday, November 1st.

7 Math:  This week in class we will be learning about applied percent of increase (tax, tip, mark ups).  The quiz on applied percent of decrease and increase is on Wednesday, 10/30.  We also will be working on a project in class learning more about percents.

Life Science:  The 3.2 quiz will be on Monday, 10/28.  This quiz was moved from last week.  In class this week we will be talking about how living things are organized.  The 3.3 quiz is on Thursday, 10/31.

Living Environment:  This week we will be learning how cells maintain homeostasis.  We also will be learning how to use a compound light microscope.  The chapter 7 quiz will be on Thursday, 10/31.

Earth Science:  This week in class we will continue learning about the rock cycle.  We will also complete a lab learning about weathering.  The 4.1 quiz is on Thursday, 10/31.

Physical Science:  This week in class we will be reviewing for the chapter 3 test.  The test will be on Tuesday, 11/5.  We will be completing a lab learning about changes of state as well.
