Welcome! Here is what’s happening this week.
6th Grade Spanish: This week the students will work on “La Familia” vocabulary and how to describe family members in Spanish.
7th Grade Spanish: This week the students will continue reviewing the vocabulary words for describing a person and where they come from. They will also learn about the verb ‘Ser” and the differences between Tú vs Usted.
8th Grade Spanish: This week the students will learn the vocabulary to describe people’s personality, condition and emotions. They will also learn when to use the verb “Ser” vs Estar”.
6th Grade Computer: This week the students will learn how to edit a slide’s theme so that each slide’s font, color, and spacing is consistent throughout all the slides.
7th Grade Computer: This week the students will finalize the type of restaurant they will be running. They will create a memo in Google Docs for approval of their business idea on what they have decided for their restaurant and why.
8th Grade Computer: In preparation for managing the inventory of their Pet Store business, the students will learn how to create a Google Sheet, identify parts of a spreadsheets such as cells, rows, columns and formula bar. They will also learn how to create a formula manually and using the Sum function.
