I am not giving the Reading Test this week. It will be moved to next week.

Important Information

We welcomed Carson to our class last week. So now we have a total of 15 students.

Picture Day is Monday, October 7th.

As previously mentioned, Josiah and Jon Marc’s moms have volunteered to be our class parents this year.  Last week, I sent home a notice asking for information and $10 for our class parties. Please make sure the form and money get back to me by Wednesday, October 16th.

We had a fantastic time at the Fire Island Lighthouse. I hope you all saw the video that I emailed to you. If not, here is a link to the video. https://youtu.be/DjwlahJ_tBk?si=nVmhQa4BmgA5-Y3P

We finished reading Judy Moody was in a Mood by Megan McDonald, and we also presented our Me Collages. They came our great, so I had to share them with you.

This week, our class will be utilizing the STEAM lab. We are going to be exploring bridges.

Academics

Math: We are having our math test on Module 2 on Tuesday. We focusing on learning our multiplication facts, beginning with 2’s and 4’s, followed by 5s and 10s, and then 3’s and 6’s.  Please practice the multiplication facts with your child. We will be having a test some time next week.
