Dear Parents,
We hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving with your family. This last week, we learned about what it means to be thankful and enjoyed our school-wide Thanksgiving feast.
This coming week we will be learning how to write and sound out the letter “I” for ice cream. We will continue our community helper unit by learning all about ice cream truck drivers. For religious instruction, we will teach the kids how Joseph forgives his brothers. For math instruction, we will continue working on our counting skills at calendar time. We will also have the children work with math counters during center time.
Reminders:
- December 6th – Milk and cookies Christmas Movie Day (M/TH students are welcome).
- December 9th – Trinity PTFA Family Santa Breakfast @ 10:00 am – 12:00 pm ($10.00 per person).
- December 19th – Christmas Program 9:00 am – 10:30 am.
- December 21st – 31st – NO SCHOOL for Christmas recess.
- January 2nd – School reopens.
- Please remember to send your child’s library book to school if it’s late. We have library every Tuesday.
