Happy Halloween week! We will be having our Orange/Pumpkin party on Tuesday and all are invited to attend! Please wear an orange or Halloween themed shirt, but no costumes are allowed.
Our theme for this week will be leaves. We will read Red Leaf, Yellow Leaf, Autumn Leaves are Falling Down, and A Tree for all Seasons. We will also be painting red, yellow, and orange leaves. We will go on a fall scavenger hunt outside on Thursday with all of our afternoon friends to see what we can find! We will get to see all of the Autumn changes and all of the beautiful colors of the leaves on the trees.
Our letter for this week is E, and our color is purple.
For Jesus time we will finish up with Creation, as we did not get to finish last week. We will be talking about day 7, the day God rested. We are also learning the song Jesus Loves the Little Children to sing for the Veterans on Veteran’s Day.
Please return last week’s library books tomorrow, Monday, as we will be visiting the library to take out new books.
This Wednesday we have gym class with Mr. Mallon.
