The fall chill is definitely in the air, and it looks like we will have a beautiful day on Thursday for our trip to White Post Farms. We only have 3 days in school this week, but we have plenty of learning to do!
Our letter this week will be C, our color is pink, our shape is diamond and our theme will be farms. We will make a C is for cow craft, and a pink pig. We will read Hedgies Surprise by one of my favorite authors Jan Brett, and we will also read The Little Red Hen which is an old folktale about learning to be helpful.
For Jesus time we will continue learning about Creation.
Our STEM activity this week will be building a barn with popsicle sticks. On the science table we will have pumpkins and gourds for the children to begin to explore.
In the sensory table we will have a really fun experience with Ooblek colored brown and pig toys.
