Life Science: This week in class we will begin with Chapter 1 learning about what life science is and the scientific method. To help us learn more about the scientific method we will be working on a lab learning about procedures and methods to use. There will be a quiz Friday on 1.1 and 1.2.
Living Environment: This week in class we will be learning about scientific methods and the nature of matter including the properties of water. In lab this week we will go over safety procedures and do an activity using the scientific method. The quiz on Chapter 1 will be on Thursday. The Unit 1 exam will be on Tuesday September 26. The study guide will be posted this week.
Physical Science: This week in class we will begin with chapter 1 learning about what physical science is and the scientific method. For lab this week we will be doing a team building activity learning how to work as a group to achieve an end goal. On Friday there will be a quiz on 1.1 and 1.2.
Earth Science: This week in class we will begin with chapter 1 learning about what earth science is and the scientific methods. We also will be finishing up our lab safety slogan posters which we began last week. On Friday there will be a quiz on 1.1.
7th Math: This week in math we will be learning about adding and subtracting integers. The quiz on adding and subtracting integers will be on Friday.
