Bible: Verse test 11/6: Psalm 126:1 We are finishing friendship month by reading short stories about friendship.
Writing: Topic sentences (general, clueing, specific) We will be writing about The Homework Machine book.
There is no school Thursday, as the teachers will be at a professional conference for the day.
October book report due 11/4.
Thank you for your continued support and for all you do for your children. Thanks to the moms who walked with us to the Hicksville United Methodist Food Pantry last Friday. The students were able to see that there are those in need in their school community. They are excited to help the pantry throughout the year. Please, feel free to send in any nonperishable food you feel appropriate for a Thanksgiving meal by 11/ 12. I will be delivering shortly after that.
