Important Information
I can’t believe that this is our last full week of school! This is a wonderful class, and I am going to miss everyone of them!
We have Field Day on Tuesday. A note from Mr. Mallon went home last Tuesday indicating which team students are on. If you are unsure, please contact either one of us. Please make sure students bring their water bottles and have on sunscreen. It is going to be a fun-filled day!
If you haven’t done so already, please return washed band shirts to Mr. Stainkamp.
In Math, we are learning about data and how to represent it on pictographs and line plots. We will also explore geometric figures. There is no more math homework this year!
We are finishing up The Tale of Despereaux read aloud. The children are enjoying hearing the story about a sweet mouse, a devious rat, a dim-witted girl, and a princess. We can’t wait to hear how it all comes together.
While we are continuing to work in our ELA books, there will be no more homework this year!
Have a wonderful week! If you have any questions, please email me at [email protected]
