I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and is ready for the short week ahead.
Our Big Day topic for this week is “Trying New Things”. We will read Giraffe’s Can’t Dance, Little Bat, and Chicka, Chicka, Boom, Boom. Our vocabulary words are: challenge, encourage, and try.
For math this week we will be reviewing patterns.
For Jesus time this week we will learn about Noah’s Ark and we will visit chapel on Wednesday.
Continuing our lessons on insects, we will be learning about bees this week. Our butterflies should be hatching hopefully this week too!
We will also learn about Memorial Day this week.
Reminder that there is no school on Thursday for professional development, and we are closed Friday and Monday in observance of Memorial Day. Next Friday June 2nd is our class picnic. Pray for sunny weather!
