This week grades 6, 7 and 8, will be beginning the month long unit of Poetry. We will kick off by reviewing vocabulary and terminology to better grasp the foundation of poetry using a Poetry Scavenger Hunt. By the end of the week we will switch over to similes and metaphors and understanding them in context.
Research Papers, which will count as 2 test grades, will be due very soon (this week or early next week the latest)! Please keep an eye out in the google classroom for exact due dates.
