Math- Grade 6
This week the students are starting a new unit. This unit involves finding the Greatest Common Factor (GCF), Least Common Multiple (LCM), and learning to use the distributive property. Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, and Division of fractions will also be explored.

Religion- Grade 6
This week we are going to be covering Moses’ journey to lead God’s people out of Egypt. We will also be continuing with our Holy Communion preparation.
Memory Quizzes
Due to the shortened week, there is not a memory quiz.
However, the sacrament project is due this Wednesday, 10/30.
Math- Grade 8
We are finishing up our unit on numerical roots and radicals. We have covered perfect squares and simplifying non-perfect radical expressions with and without variables. We have also focused on simplifying complex radical with variables, operations with exponents, and how to solve equations with squared and cubed roots. This week will be spent reviewing for our unit exam, which is on Wednesday, 10/30.
