Unit 2 Text Set 2 (2 Week Outlook) 

The Wonders Stories: We will be reading two fables in which animals teach us lessons: The Boy Who Cried Wolf and Wolf! Wolf!

High Frequency Words (Can you read these fluently?) – out, wash, saw, buy, sky, food, straight, out, under, pull

Vocabulary words (and their meanings) include believe, delicious, feast, fond, lessons, remarkable, snatch, stories

Spelling Test Fri. 1/20 Our weekly words include soft c/g words trace, place, space, ice, mice, race, badge, cage, bulge, range, edge, huge, out, wash, saw

Grammar -kinds of nouns (common, proper, collective)

Basic strokes of cursive continue

This month we will be preparing to lead chapel on February 1. In doing so, an in-school project will shortly be underway. Details to follow!
