Welcome back! Hope everyone had a relaxing Christmas break.
Life Science: The 5.3 quiz will be on Friday. This week we will discuss the process of meiosis. This week we will also begin a review sheet on chapter 5. The chapter 5 test will be on Wednesday 1/11.
Living Environment: This week in class we will learn all about the human chromosome and genetic disorders. We will be working on a lab learning about human karyotyping. The chapter 14 quiz will be on Monday 1/9.
Physical Science: The 5.3 quiz will be on Friday. This week in class we will be learning about friction and gravity.
6th Math: This week we will be learning about quartiles and box and whisker plots. We will also review measures of center and variation which we learned before break.
7th Math: This week we will begin a new unit by learning about scale drawings, complementary/supplementary angles, and adjacent/vertical angles.
