Life Science: There will be a quiz Friday on 1.3 and 1.4. This week in class we will discuss scientific models and measurement. We will also be working on a measurement lab learning about how to use lab equipment correctly. The Chapter 1 test will be on Thursday 9/29. A review sheet will be given out at the end of the week.
Living Environment: There will be a quiz Thursday on Chapter 2. This week in class we will be learning all about carbon compounds, chemical reactions and enzymes. We will also be working on a lab activity learning all about the pH scale. The Unit 1 exam will be on 9/27. The review guide has been posted on the classroom.

6th Math: This week in class we will be learning about rational numbers. We also will be creating a math poster about rational number and where they are found in the world around us.
7th Math: There is a quiz Monday on adding and subtracting integers. This week in class we will be learning about how to multiply and divide integers. We also will be working on an integer timeline project using important dates to each student to reinforce adding and subtracting integers.
