The Third Grade will be going to the Scholastic Book Fair on Tuesday morning. If you would like your child to purchase a book, please send him or her in with some money.

Information about our “Stuffed Animal Report” will be going home on Monday.  A copy of the report information is located in Google Classroom. Here are some important dates associated with the report that should be noted:

  • Parent/Guardian signature due Tuesday, April 5th.
  • Book needs to be approved by Mrs. Perovich by Tuesday, April 12th.
  • “Stuffed” Animal Report due Tuesday, May 3rd.
  • Student Self-Assessment due Tuesday, May 3rd.

Math

We are starting our unit on  measurement. We will begin by focusing on telling time on an analog clock. In our Google Class Site there is a link to a virtual clock through Toy Theater for students that need assistance with telling time.

Social Studies

Last week we learned about the reasons for rules and laws. This week we will focus on being a good citizen.
