Week 20
“It always seems impossible until it’s done.” – Nelson Mandela
Everyone enjoyed dressing up and celebrating Lutheran Schools week and I hope you all enjoyed the pictures! We are still collecting socks to give to those in need. If you haven’t sent in any, please consider doing so.
It is cold outside and cold in the classroom. Please make sure your child comes to school each day with a sweater.
In the classroom, we are working on reports about famous Black people for Black History Month. Additionally, this week we will also be learning about Barack Obama, Bessie Coleman, Billie Holiday, and Booker T. Washington.
