Welcome to the last full week of January! Only 8 more weeks until Spring… but who’s counting?
This week we will continue with all things Winter as we read and compare The Mitten and The Hat both by Jan Brett. We will also read a Let’s Find Out Weekly Reader about frozen water and do some ice experiments to see what makes ice melt the fastest.
Our letter for this week is N. We will read a story about “Noisy Newt” and make an N is for Newspaper craft.
For math this week we will learn #14.
For Jesus time we will learn about little boy Jesus going to the temple when he was 12. We will also visit chapel on Wednesday.
Please be reminded that there is no school this Friday as we will be having parent/teacher conferences via Zoom. If you have not signed up for a conference please do so before Friday. The link will be sent out this week.
