English Language Arts Grades 6,7,8
Summer reading is due by Tuesday, September 14th.
There is a September book project due on Wednesday, October 6th. I have books students may borrow for these monthly projects. Generally, they can read a book of their choosing, as long as it is the appropriate grade level. Books they read from previous years are not acceptable.
We will go over the rules of the class and expectations. These first few days we are reviewing reading strategies to improve reading comprehension and working on some writing about themselves.
7th Grade Religion:
I love seventh grade Religion class. My main goal besides learning bible stories is for students to walk away knowing that God loves them unconditionally. We will have memory tests weekly- The schedule will go up by the end of the week. There are also class projects and unit exams. I will prepare your child with review packets for the exams.
