A class collection is underway to help support our class’s future celebrations….kindly send in $10 cash to school in a labeled envelope with your son/daughter.  This will help pay for party needs such as craft materials and snacks. Our class moms (Christa King and Jonelle Rensing) will be reaching out to you soon to communicate additional information regarding our upcoming fall party this Friday and how you all might be able to help. Our class moms are planning a fun craft and providing a yummy snack to celebrate Pumpkin Day. The children will also have the opportunity to pick their own small pumpkin outside on Friday afternoon. Remote learners, please refer to the main office/email updates/Trinity Times for information about how you can become involved as well!  Thank you!

Picture Day was this past week on Thursday. Our remote learner, Joshua,  joined us and we were so happy to see him! We all smiled big!

Our second grade prayer for the week:

Dear God,

As we start our day, help us to recognize You above all else. Enlighten the eyes of our heart that we might see You, and notice that You are at work through our lives. Give us wisdom to make the best choices, fill us with a desire to seek after You more than anything else in this world. Let Your spirit and power breathe in us, through us, again, fresh and new. Thank You for our many blessings received. We ask that your peace lead us and for your grace to cover our lives this day. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
Enjoy this fall week ahead, be well and stay safe.
Respectfully,
Mrs. Ryan
