This week we are starting a new weekly series based on the book, “7 Habits of Happy Kids.” The book strengthens character and build essential lifelong habits such as responsibility, planning, organization, kindness, empathy, hard work, and health. The students will be making a leadership binder where they will keep all their work and ideas. Each week parents will receive a note about the habit we are focusing on and how it can be reinforced at home. I plan to tie all of these ideas into our Religion lessons, as they speak to being the being the kind of person God wants us to be. Please contact me if you have any questions or comments about this new program.
