This week we will be feeling lucky, as we celebrate the color green. We will read stories including, Go Away Big Green Monster by Ed Emberly and Green Eggs and Ham by Dr. Suess. We will sing and move to “Five Green and Speckled Frogs”. We will graph our favorite green snack along with our favorite farm animal. The sensory table will be filled with green peas. Green play dough along with green centers will be available during open play. Art will include fingerpainting with both yellow and blue paint to make green and do-a-dot stamper frog mask.
Unfortunately, we had to reschedule our farm trip for this Wednesday. The plan is to meet up at 10 am at White Post Farms. Should it rain again on Wednesday, we will try to reschedule for Friday.
