- Can I work with equipment independently?
3rd grade – 5th grade
- How can I cooperate with my peers in order to create a positive learning environment?
- Can I describe the role of rules and etiquette in physical education?
- Can I demonstrate and follow all the rules and etiquette?
- Can I discuss the importance of unique etiquette elements of various games and activities?
Middle School
- Can I demonstrate respect for myself and others in order to create a positive learning environment in physical education class?
- Can I cooperate with a small group of classmates?
- Can I demonstrate problem-solving behaviors with a small group of classmates?
- Can I demonstrate problem-solving behaviors with multiple classmates in both small and large groups?
7th Grade Health – Journal Entry 4 is due 10/2 by 8:15am
- Am I able to define communication and the difference between verbal and non-verbal communication?
- Can I distinguish between one-way and two-way communication?
- Can I comprehend how barriers interfere with effective communication?
- Am I able to recognize the importance of body language in effective communication?
- Can I identify factors which contribute to effective communication?
- Am I able to demonstrate the ability to use interpersonal communication skills to enhance health and avoid or reduce health risks?
