What we are Learning
Reading– We will continue to read the story Ann’s First Day. We will learn and review 6 new vocabulary words from the story.
Math– We are working on number bonds through ten with a subtraction focus and applying them to word problems. We are also practicing addition and subtraction facts up to 20.
Science- We are learning all about plants and seeds.
Social Studies– We are learning about different kinds of families and communities. We are also learning how to create a grid map.
Religion- We are reading the stories, “God’s Promise to Abram” and Isaac Blesses his Sons.”
