This coming week, we will be doing activities to help us answer the following:
Kindergarten-2nd grade PE:
- How can I help create a positive learning environment for my classmates and myself?
- Can I follow directions?
- Can I use equipment safely?
- Can I participate safely without teacher reminders?
3rd grade-5th grade PE:
- How can I cooperate with my peers in order to create a positive learning environment?
- Can I demonstrate personal responsibility in PE class?
- Can I demonstrate personal responsibility in group settings with no reminders?
- Can I demonstrate responsible interpersonal behavior with my peers and with adults?
Middle School PE:
- Can I demonstrate respect for myself and others in order to create a positive learning environment in physical education class?
- Can I demonstrate respect by following rules and encouraging others within the activities?
- Can I demonstrate the importance of social interaction by helping and encouraging others?
- Can I demonstrate respect for myself by asking for help and helping others when needed?
7th Grade Health – Journal Entry 1 due no later than 8:15am on Wednesday, September 11th
- Can I demonstrate comprehension of classroom Ground Rules by practicing listening skills for communicating effectively with peers?
- Can I describe the interrelationship of physical, mental/emotional, and social health?
