I hope everyone had a restful winter break.
6th Grade Math: This week we will be starting Percents. In class we will discuss percents to fractions, percents to decimals, and solving percent problems.
7th Grade Math: This week we will continue with 2D geometry. In class we will discuss the area of composite figures and shaded figures. There will be a quiz Friday (3/1) on irregular and shaded figures.
Pre-Algebra- This week we will be discussing translations, reflections, and rotations. There will be a quiz Friday (3/1) on what we learned during the week.
6th Grade Religion: The memory for the week is from Numbers 6:24-26. This week we will begin Unit 5. We will discuss God’s people return home, Jesus in the Temple, John the Baptist, and when Jesus is born.
