Week 16
“Christmas time is here…”
Please make sure costumes come to school on Monday and Tuesday. We are having full rehearsals on both mornings. Our show is Tuesday evening. Mr. DeVries sent out a notice stating that we are to meet in our classroom at 6:40. Please don’t be late.
We are having our Christmas party on Thursday.
Math
We are in our 6th Chapter and will be having our chapter quiz on Thursday. It will cover the beginning concept of division. Please remember that taking the time to memorize multiplication facts in 3rd grade is so important to your child’s success in Math in future grades. Please review them nightly.
ELA
We are not having any ELA tests (including spelling) this week. Instead we will be working in our Sadlier vocabulary books. Here is a link to additional practice and games associated with our book.
Science
We are finishing up study on push and pull forces. We will be having a test on Friday.
Religion
I have also included the link here Third Grade Memory Work and due dates. On Wednesday our test will be on Luke 11:28.
