This week we continue to talk about families with this week’s topic focusing on Family Fun. We will read What Mommies Do Best/What Daddies Do Best, Celebrations, and Feast For 10. Our new vocabulary will be: celebrate, holiday, relatives.
For math we will review #7, brown, and hexagon. We will also focus on counting and one to one correspondence.
Our seasonal unit for October continues with lessons on spiders, and skeletons. We will learn why spiders are not bugs, and what the biggest bone in our bodies is. We will marble paint spider webs, and make silly skeletons.
This week’s letter is Ee. We will learn a new E song, read “Enor Elephant”, and make an E is for Eyes craft.
For Jesus time this week we will visit chapel on Wednesday. We will also learn about Jacob and Joseph in the Old Testament.
