Hello Parents,
This week we will be learning about the color blue, the shape triangle and the number 4. We will begin exploring the letter “B”. We will be playing various games and doing activities that have to do with the above topics.
We will be reading “The Little Red Hen”, “My Friends”, “Owen” and more. We continue to practice writing our names independently as well as tracing them on our morning sheets. In addition, each day we are practicing identifying our own names during circle time. In religion, we will also be continuing learning about days 6-7 of Creation during Jesus time.
In math, we will be identifying amounts that are more, less and the same.
We will be making bread on Thursday during circle time and eating it during snack time.
I will be sending homework packets out on Monday which will be due by Friday. Friday is our field trip, please meet at the farm at 9:30.

-Friday, October 5th is our pumpkin trip. Permission slips have been sent home, please return them ASAP.
