6th Grade: Sixth graders will read a short story-” The Old Woman Who Lived with the Wolves.” Students will review verbs: Action, linking, helping. Later in the week we will be working on summarizing skills as we read Scholastic News.
7th Grade: The students in seventh grade will read a short story, “The Bear Boy”. We will go over all verbs and then summarize from Scholastic News.
8th Grade: We will read an autobiographical tale, “Forest Fire” describing a fire in California. -Very Timely…We will go over verbs and read the summarize from Scholastic News.
