Math Grade 6
This week we are starting our Unit on Statistics and Data. We will be covering the measures of center: mean, median, and mode. Minimum, maximum values, and range will also be explored. These skills will then be applying to application problems.
There will be a quiz on Friday, 12/16 on finding measures of center and application problems.
Extra help will be on Wednesdays from 7:45-8:15
Math Grade 7
This week we are still working on Unit 3. There will be a quiz on 1 and 2 step equations on Tuesday, 12/13. Then our focus will be on solving multi-step equations.

Pre-Algebra
This week we are still working on graphing linear equations. This week our focus will be on slope of a line and the y-intercept. We will be learning how to graph using the slope-intercept form (y=mx +b) of a line.
Quiz- Tuesday, 12/13 on finding the slope of a line
Extra Help is Wednesday, from 7:45- 8: 15.
Algebra
This week we will be reviewing lessons 4.1-4.6. The quiz will be Wednesday, 12/14. Following the quiz, we will explore arithmetic sequences and begin reviewing for the test, which will be sometime next week before Christmas Break.
