I hope everyone had a good weekend and welcome to the third week of school.
6th grade ELA: This week we will be continuing with our noun unit with compound nouns, pronouns, and common/proper nouns. Last week we started to read The Cay and will continue reading the book both in class and at home. On Friday, there will be a vocabulary test on Unit 1. The words can be found in the vocabulary book which should be brought home every night as homework will be assigned in it.
7th grade Religion: The memory verse for this week is John 20:31. The memory quiz will be given on Wednesday. During class we will continue learning about God’s Word and why He gave it to us. This week we will also focus on the seven attributes which can be found in Luther’s Small Catechism.
