Welcome to Mrs. Flomer’s class notes
Spelling- The last spelling test is this Wednesday. The words are from lesson 29. The words written 3x each were due last Friday and the sentences are due by this Tuesday.
Reading: There are tests on Lesson 29 this Wednesday. The children should know the suffixes –ful, -ly, and -y. The story is Hi! Fly Guy. The reading books were sent home last Friday.
Math- We are still working on “Getting ready for second grade” lessons.
Science- We will have a test on chapter 7 on Tuesday, 6/14. That will be our last test in First Grade! Study sheets will be sent home.
Social Studies- Laws; Citizens

Thursday 6/16: Last day of school (12:00 dismissal)
As the final days of school are upon us, I want to thank you all for a wonderful school year. I have truly enjoyed teaching your children, and they have come so very far in their academic and social skills!
