I heard something on the radio a few weeks ago and every now and then it pops into my thoughts:
Here’s the deal: You can worry or you can trust God.
You just can’t do both.
I am reminded that God is there, waiting for me to give Him everything I am tempted to, or do, worry about. Giving my worries to God seems so simple. He knows what’s going on anyway. Why do I hang onto difficulties when I have the power of God at my disposal? Human nature, I guess. Let go, Let God.
