READING  The class will continue to review identifying capital and lower case alphabet letters, rhyming words, clap out syllables in words, discuss their own names, color words, the difference between numbers and letters, and environmental print.

MATH  Our focus will be on identifying and writing numbers 1,2,3, and 4. We will also count sets of 1,2,3, and 4 items and learn how to use a “five frame.”

RELIGION  We are continuing the Creation story.

SCIENCE  The class is determining what makes things “living” or “non-living.”

SOCIAL STUDIES  Our discussion will center around “feelings,” and how to best express these feelings, especially if we are feeling “angry.”

JOURNAL  Color a car or bus, then trace the related word to tell how we get to school.
