The final stretch has begun! We now have just under three weeks left of school before summer vacation! During the next two weeks, we will be reviewing for final exams, which will take place the last week of school, beginning on June 15th.

8TH SOCIAL STUDIES
In Social Studies, the students will begin the week by completing a DBQ on the 1920s. This will take the place of a regular chapter test. Starting Tuesday, we will dedicate our time in class to reviewing for the final. The students will receive a packet covering the topics from Chapter 15 to Chapter 22. The students will work on completing the packet over the next two weeks and we will go over each section in class. On the Friday before finals, we will play a comprehensive review game.

8TH MATH: PRE-ALGEBRA
Starting today, Monday, June 1st, we will review each Module we have covered over the course of the year. We will review concepts in class and then the students will work on practice questions for homework.

8TH RELIGION
This week is still a relatively normal week in Religion class. The students will complete lessons 49 and 50, which cover prophecies of Christ’s birth, and His actual birth. The memory verse for this week is Romans 8:18, which is on page 103 in the student book. The quiz will be on Thursday. After the quiz, the students will begin reviewing for their final. Once again they will receive a packet to complete.

PETER PAN JR.
Thank you to everyone who came to see the shows! We truly appreciate your support and thank you especially to the parents for all of the scheduling sacrifices that were made. All of the hard work truly paid off and the students put on a fantastic show.
