Our Reader of the Week this week is Alexis!

REMINDERS

  1. Our trip to the Vanderbilt Planetarium is this Wednesday, May 20th. We will be leaving after chapel and returning after lunchtime. It is a uniform day!
  2. Encourage your child to READ every night to strengthen their skills. Don’t forget you can have them read all different things – the back of a cereal box, a favorite book, a magazine, a comic book, a card, posters. Everything counts as practice!
  3. Please be sure to check and sign all your child’s homework each night. This is to make sure that your child understands the concepts being taught in class. It is also important that your child’s work is neat and accurate. Encourage your child to do their best work!
  4. Due to the holiday weekend and some music rehearsals our reading schedule through the end of the year will be changing to Wednesdays each week.
  5. The K-3 Spring Musical is this Tuesday, May 19th at 7pm. Mr. DeVries sent home information about dress code and other details.
