8th Grade Earth Science: This week we will learn about metamorphic rocks and complete a lab on rock identification. This lab is equally as important as the mineral lab that was completed last week. There will be a test on rocks and minerals on Friday.
7th Grade Life Science: This week we will begin to learn about body systems (skeletal, muscular, integumentary).
6th Grade Earth Science: This week we will continue to learn about weather focusing on wind, fronts, and severe weather.
7th Grade Health: This week we will continue our study of sex education.
Astronomy: This week we will practice memorizing our constellations. If you are or were in the astronomy elective do not forget about our outing to the Theodore Roosevelt Nature Center at Jones Beach on Friday at 8 PM. PARENTAL SUPERVISION IS MANDATORY.
