i Hola ! This week in 8th grade, we finished up September with our first oral greetings quiz. The students all did very well and I am very proud that they are all coming out of their shell when it comes to speaking in Spanish. This week we also covered the important and irregular verb “tener”, which means to have in Spanish. Together we worked on what makes it irregular and how to conjugate it for each person. We ended the week with regular -ar, -er and -ir verbs. Next week we will combine the topics and go into irregular verbs as well as stem changing verbs and we will continue out review of Spanish Speaking countries and their capitals for Hispanic Heritage month.
