I hope everyone enjoyed the long weekend!
Last month we got together with our 1st grade class and the 4th graders read them picture books they had selected from the library. It went so well Mrs. Flomer and I decided to continue to get the groups together once a month. On Friday we will visit them in their classroom to make a craft together. This is a nice time for the 4th grade students to feel what it’s like to be a good role model for younger students. Ask your child about it at the end of the week!
