Our class did an amazing job when we visited Hofstra’s museum on Friday. They were inquisitive and interested as we looked at the artifacts and made inferences about why they were created many years ago. It was fun eating lunch on a college campus!
This week we have our Secret Santa gift exchange and next Monday is our class party.
Week: December 12-16
Spelling: The students have been given a Christmas Spelling Challenge this week!
Grammar: Singular and plural possessive nouns
Reading: We will be reading and summarizing various Christmas books.
Writing: Retelling the Nativity Story; Christmas family traditions
Math: Division and multiplication practice
Science: Test on Chapter 8
Social Studies: Review Chapter 4, test next week
Religion: daily devotions, weekly Dear God letters
